We provide specialized dredging services exclusively to the Chinese marine infrastructure market and, based on the number and capacity of the dredging vessels we operate, we believe that we are one of the leading independent (not state-owned) providers of such services in the PRC. We engage in three primary types of dredging work: captial dredging, reclamation dredging and maintenance dredging. Headquartered in Fuzhou, Fujian province, we are centrally positioned to access several important ports in China.

We have successfully, timely and profitably completed dredging work for more than 76 dredging projects through June 30,2011.
